Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms cover Aloha Digi’s website and campaign service, operated by Christopher Dasconio in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email chrisdasconio@gmail.com.

What you’re buying

The First Campaign is a one-time purchase of $19 USD for three custom social-ad images and their captions. The separate Brand Launch Pack at /logo is also $19 once and includes three logo concepts, the logo you select, and three social ads with captions. Neither offer automatically renews. After checkout, you review your business details and submit a short campaign brief; we then email the completed campaign to the address you provide. A separate optional logo order from a saved Brand Kit is $9 once. Monthly delivery is $39 per month or $348 per year when billed annually; either renews at its stated interval until canceled. Manage or cancel through the delivery billing settings. Any other add-on or recurring plan will be shown and accepted separately before it is charged.

We aim to deliver promptly. If you have not received all three ads within 24 hours after submitting your brief, contact us at the email above. We will either make a reasonable attempt to complete delivery or refund the First Campaign purchase.

Your information and materials

You may provide a website address, business details, offers, logo, photos, and other brand materials. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use those materials to create and deliver your campaign. We use public website information and your submitted details only to prepare the service; we do not post to your social accounts.

You are responsible for checking the final ads for correct prices, dates, claims, contact details, required disclosures, and compliance with the rules that apply to your business and the social platform where you post. Aloha Digi does not guarantee sales, leads, reach, ad approval, or legal or trademark clearance. AI-generated results may not be unique or eligible for trademark protection.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed through Stripe. The amount and product are shown before you continue to Stripe checkout. The First Campaign is not a subscription. If we cannot deliver the three ads as described above, contact us within seven days of purchase so we can retry delivery or issue a refund. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may use the delivered campaign to promote your business, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, request unlawful or deceptive material, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. You keep ownership of the materials you provide. Aloha Digi grants you permission to use the final campaign we deliver for your business; we do not promise exclusive rights to AI-generated elements.

Service availability and changes

We may update or temporarily pause the service to maintain or improve it. We will not change the one-time price after your checkout has been completed. If a material change affects an order already in progress, contact us and we will work with you on completion or a refund.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived. If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
