Privacy Policy

Aloha Digi, operated by Christopher Dasconio in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, uses information to prepare, deliver, and support your social-ad campaign. This policy describes the information handled through alohadigi.com and the First Campaign service.
Information you provide
- Contact and order details, such as your email address and business name.
- Business information and campaign preferences, such as your website, services, location, audience, offers, colors, and writing style.
- Brand assets you choose to provide, such as logos and photos, and the ads and captions created for you.
- Messages you send to customer support.
Stripe processes payment-card details during checkout. Aloha Digi receives order and payment-status information, not your full card number.
How we use information
We use your information to learn about your business, create the ads and captions you requested, email your finished campaign, maintain your Brand Kit, process payment and refunds, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not post content to your social accounts or rent your contact details to marketing-list brokers.
Service providers
We share only the information needed to run the service with providers that help us operate it. Depending on the feature and configuration, these include Stripe for payments; Supabase for account, campaign, and asset storage; Loops for transactional delivery emails; Anthropic or OpenAI for website-information extraction and text generation; and fal for image generation. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Netlify hosts the website and server functions. The site also loads Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from their providers to display and operate the pages.
Our marketing and campaign pages use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity for site measurement and advertising effectiveness. These services may receive browser, device, and page-interaction information. When an order is confirmed, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may also receive a purchase event and order amount so we can measure which campaigns lead to sales. These browser events do not include your email address or business profile. You can limit cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and review each provider’s privacy controls.
When server-side subscription conversion measurement is configured, we may send Meta a hashed email address and subscription value to measure that subscription event. This is separate from the one-time First Campaign checkout.
Retention and your choices
We keep order, profile, and campaign information while needed to deliver and support your campaign, maintain your saved Brand Kit, and meet recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, email chrisdasconio@gmail.com. We may retain limited payment or transaction records where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
We use service providers and access controls intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to create your business campaign.
Children and changes
The service is intended for business owners and is not designed for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
